Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly through our store's Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue.

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Digital purchases are nonreturnable once delivered. If you experience difficulty accessing your PDF or EPUB files, please contact us for assistance.

Preorder Delays and Cancellations

If we cannot fulfill a preorder within the stated shipping timeframe, we will notify you and provide the cancellation and refund options required by applicable law.
